Personal Training

Give it a try… one session of Personal Training. Equipment and Coaching will come to you. The first training session is 1.5 hours to provide extra time to discuss goals, concerns, questions, and movement instruction. (1.5 hours)

6 Sessions

This package is a great way to supplement training a couple times a week for a month and get a feel for our training experience. It’s also a great way to achieve a short term fitness goal, break the ice of your fitness journey, or get focused equipment/movement training.

12 Sessions

Enjoy 1-2 sessions a week for several months or increase your work/reward benefit with 3-4 sessions a week. This amount of training begins to open up to the long term gains of personal training.

This package could get you an entire summer of classes once a week to supplement your existing training. It could also give you a focused 4-6 week Personal Training Program to begin your fitness journey or elevate your current training. Programming over this period of time gives you an experience of progressive improvement using a wide variety of equipment and exercise modalities.

Join our fitness community for small group fitness classes with Coach Matt Biagi. Workouts are scaled to each clients fitness level and vary each day to provide a well rounded weekly program. Learn how to lift weights and train your cardiovascular system safely and efficiently. Think CrossFit Lite in small groups at a beautiful local private gym.

These packages are ideal for athletic teams to supplement training during the season or in the off season. We can work with teams out on the field to mix up training modalities with sports specific skills work. The Private Events can be workshops for equipment and functional movement training. Even large groups sharing a common interest or fitness goal: like a Mom’s group, a home schooling group needing a PE program, or a group of coworkers training for a marathon. We will design custom programming, deliver knowledgeable coaching, and a motivating positive experience!

Personal Training

Workouts built for two! Get a better deal and double the experience! Personal Training for you and a friend, family member, or partner/spouse. This first session for two is 1.5 hours to create the best first experience for both clients to get a great workout and explore more training.

Enjoy 6 personal training sessions with your “battle buddy” to keep each other on track with fitness goals and have fun getting there. Having a Coach and a workout partner makes your circle of support a little bigger.

Begin to experience results of training over time and the not so obvious strengthening of the relationship with your “Workout Warrior”. Training with a partner or small group can be the best balance of coaching focus and motivational energy!

This package gives you and your workout partner 1-3 months of 2 on 1 personal training. No matter your goals, you will be exposed to a wide variety of equipment, movements, and workout modalities. See long term goals taking shape and a noticeable physical and mental change from beginning to end.
