Visitors to, and Members of, the Ascend Threshold Fitness Website who participate in Ascend Threshold Program, or any other Fitness Service, do so willingly, and must sign a Fitness Service Waiver by joining the email newsletter or upon purchasing a Membership.

Ascend Threshold owns The Ascend Threshold Program as designed in the Membership pages. Any use, or duplication, of this material without expressed consent is prohibited.

Members agree not to share their membership outside of their household. The membership plans are priced to be very affordable to encourage others to join in this movement of Health, Fitness, Wellness, and Recovery. If you are a member and know someone who would benefit from this program, sponsor them and buy them a membership.

You, The Visitor, The User/Client, will be voluntarily participating in the Fitness Services that will be conducted by the Fitness Provider, Ascend Threshold. These Fitness Services, The Ascend Threshold, will include, but not be limited to the following:

Strength Training, Interval Training, Yoga, Cold Exposure, Meditation...

It is The User’s/Client’s responsibility to consult a physician before participating in this or any fitness program and The User/Client affirms to have no medical conditions that would restrict them from participating in any of the Fitness Services.

The User/Client agrees to hold the Fitness Provider, and if applicable, its owners, trainers, and representatives, harmless from any damage, whether tangible or intangible, that may happen to them while participating in the Fitness Services. Such injuries may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, muscle sprains, muscle spasms, heart attacks, raised blood pressure, and broken, fractured, or dislocated bones.

The User/Client agrees that the Fitness Provider offers the Fitness Services with no guarantee of results. The User/Client agrees to be solely responsible to maintain the diet and fitness regime appropriate for their level of health and stamina, and The User/Client agrees that any results that occurs, whether positive or negative, are the effects of their own personal choices.

The User/Client agrees that participation in the Fitness Services is not a replacement for actual medical care, and that if The User/Client does experience medical issues, They will contact their doctor immediately.

If The User/Client does require medical treatment or attention while or after participating in the Fitness Services, The User/Client agrees that the medical costs are their’s and their’s alone and hold the Fitness Provider blameless from any charges, fees, or costs that my conditions may incur.

Membership refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. The Membership allows The User/Client access to all pages, program content, videos, and URL links at the time of purchase. Thus, the service rendered is immediately consumed and non-refundable.

Ascend Threshold reserves the right to cancel or suspend memberships of those who violate the above Terms of Service User Agreement.
